| 16–17.09.2008 |  | We invest in young Project Managers From 16 – 17.09.2008. an internal training on project management for the KAEFER Group employees took place in Zawiercie, Poland. Representatives of different departments of TERMOIZOLACJA arrived at a beautiful Villa Verde in the suburbs of the town. There were people from Sweden, Lithuania, Hungary, Płock and Zabrze. The meeting was held in English, due to the multicultural mix of participants’ origin, which additionally gave the opportunity to unify several names and definitions used inside the group. The training was given by Mr Till-Justus Gerhardt who shared his work experience and knowledge he had gained in KAEFER Industrie. Not only could the participants learn some theoretical issues, but also apply the knowledge during practical exercises. | |||||||||

| 04–05.09.2008 |  Third position for Piotr Kalemba from TERMOIZLOLACJA  European Championship for Industrial Insulation | The European Championship – Copenhagen 2008 The European Championship for Industrial Insulation Workers took place in Denmark on 04–05th September 2008. The Championship was organized by the European Association of Insulation Companies FESI. 21 competitors from 11 European countries participated in this event. Poland was represented by Piotr Kalemba and Jarosław Kania from TERMOIZOLACJA – the winners of the first Polish Championship. The contest was also watched by Kazimierz Golec, a referee in the Polish Championship and the headmaster of the insulation school in Tarnów. The contest took place on the market square in Copenhagen. During the two days participants completed an insulation pattern. 11 referees evaluated their work in terms of technical performance, quality and measurement’s accuracy. The winner was from Sweden, the representative of Switzerland took second place and Piotr Kalemba from TERMOIZLOLACJA, representing Poland, was third. Next championship will be held in Milano in two years time. | |||||||||

| 28.05.2008 | First Polish Championship in Industrial insulation assembler First Polish Championship in Industrial insulation assembler took place in Tarnów on 28.05.08. The winners are participants from TERMOIZOLACJA: Mr. Piotr Kalemba won first place in the competition, and Mr. Jarosław Kania the second. They beat competitors from IZOKOR, BIS Multiserwis and BIS Izomar. Both participants will take part in European Championship in Copenhagen. | May 2008 | First Polish Championship in Industrial insulation assembler On 28 May 2008 there will be a championship for Industrial insulation assemblers. The event will be organized in Branch Office East of TERMOIZOLACJI SA in Tarnów. Main purposes of the Polish Championship is to unify the standards of insulation services, to monitor the efficiency of profession teaching methods and choose a candidate for the World Championship. “Efficiency” is the motto of the competition. The participants are young employees from industrial insulation companies: BIS Izomar Sp. z o.o., IZOKOR Płock S.A., Multiserwis Sp. z o.o. and TERMOIZOLACJA S.A. Organizer of the first Championship is TERMOIZOLACJA SA. | ||||||||||

| 08.04.2008 |  | We were granted again European Medal On Tuesday 8th April 2008 in Olympic Centre PKOl was organized a celebration of XVI edition of European Medal. Again between nominated companies was TERMOIZOLACJA, this time in category “industrial insulation”. In this event participated President Mr. Stanisław Juda. The nomination given us by Committee for European Integration and Business Centre Club, is for the company a significant event. For us the award means, that our work quality, activities on many building sites in Poland and abroad was noticed and appreciated. We are proud to belong to the group of companies, who with their activities on the European markets support process of European integration.
